El Cortez main bar, 600 Fremont St., received 16 demerits July 1. Violations included pink growth inside soda gun dispenser. GRADE: B

Gustav's Bar, Paris Las Vegas, 3655 Las Vegas Blvd. South, received 17 demerits June 30. Violations included a container of half-and-half was stored at room temperature. GRADE: B

IHOP, 1230 W. Warm Springs Road, Henderson, received 20 demerits July 2. Violations included prep cooler and food warmer not maintaining proper temperature. GRADE: B

Imperial Palace bakery, 3535 Las Vegas Blvd. South, received 17 demerits July 2. Violations included employees used unapproved wooden utensils with ready-to-eat foods. GRADE: B

Napoleon's bar, Paris Las Vegas, 3655 Las Vegas Blvd. South, received 16 demerits June 30. Violations included soda gun nozzles and holders were found to have a slimy buildup. GRADE: B

Patsy Grimaldi's Pizzeria, 9595 S. Eastern Ave., received 14 demerits July 3. Violations included plastic ricotta bowl used as a scoop found floating in large container of pizza sauce. GRADE: B

Quiznos Subs, 6320 N. Simmons Ave., North Las Vegas, received 20 demerits June 30. Violations included expired condiments in the walk-in cooler. GRADE: B

Rachel's Kitchen, 3645 S. Town Center Drive, received 20 demerits June 30. Violations included clean utensils stored in container with dried food debris. GRADE: B

Ultra New Town Tavern restaurant, 600 W. Jackson Ave., received 20 demerits July 2. Violations included soiled baking sheets and soiled tongs stored as clean. GRADE: B
