Senior center offering computer classes

The city of Las Vegas Department of Leisure Services' Derfelt Senior Center will have a computer class open house from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Residents 50 years and older interested in learning how to use personal computers and software are invited to meet the computer class instructor and ask questions.

Light refreshments will be served.

Computer classes will be scheduled regularly for the center, based on which days and times are convenient for most prospective students. The center is located at 3343 W. Washington Ave., inside Lorenzi Park.
