Nellis Blvd., Suite E12, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; North Las Vegas Public Health Center, 1820 E. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite F, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Spring Valley Public Health Center, 6330 W. Spring Mountain Road, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (by appointment only, 759-0701).

Thursday: Overton Clinic, Overton Community Center, 320 N. Moapa Valley Blvd., 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
