An Alzheimer's disease caregivers support group meets at 9 a.m. Wednesdays at Community Church of Henderson, 360 E. Horizon Drive (565-8563).

Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4131 Swenson St., offers an east side adult bereavement support group at 5 p.m. Wednesdays (796-3167).

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance of Southern Nevada has free support meetings at 6 p.m. Wednesdays at Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services, 6161 W. Charleston Blvd., Building 1, for diagnosed individuals (adults of all ages and adolescents), parents, family and friends (255-4003).

An HIV therapeutic group for people infected and/or affected by HIV/AIDS meets at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Community Counseling Center, 1120 Almond Tree Lane (369-8700).

Introduction to Al-Anon for Newcomers meetings are at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays, followed by regular Al-Anon meetings at 7 on the second floor at Findlay Cadillac, 993 Auto Show Drive, Henderson (436-0825).

The Healing Together Al-Anon Family Group meets at 9 a.m. Wednesdays at Canyon Ridge Christian Church, 6200 W. Lone Mountain Road (341-6729 or 255-2374).

Al-Anon has a tape meeting at 8 p.m. Wednesdays and the Family and Friends Group meets at 8 p.m. Sundays at the Triangle Club, 4600 S. Nellis Blvd. (541-2142 or 438-0482).

Cancer Connection Support Group, sponsored by Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada, meets at 6 p.m. Wednesdays at 7445 Peak Drive (952-3400).

Take Off Pounds Sensibly No. 81 Las Vegas meets at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Montara Meadows mailroom, 3150 E. Tropicana Ave. (791-3379).

Take Off Pounds Sensibly No. 103 Las Vegas meets at 6 p.m. Wednesdays at Trinity United Methodist Church, 6151 W. Charleston Blvd. (878-3824).

Us Too, a prostate cancer support group, will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Nevada Cancer Institute, 10441 W. Twain Ave. (227-8028).

The Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, 6070 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 200, offers an adolescent support group the third Thursday of each month at 3:30 p.m. for those 12 to 17 years old who are coping with a critical illness (735-8434).

The Holocaust Survivors Group meets at 11 a.m. the first and third Thursday of each month at the Jewish Family Service Agency, 4794 S. Eastern Ave., Suite C (732-0304).
