Goodwill of Southern Nevada: Volunteers needed 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Hilton Convention Center to stuff welcome bags for the Americal Society of Industrial Security. Lunch will be provided.

Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary: Volunteers needed for spay/neuter clinic, foster home program, feral cat clinic, cat adoption program and office helper.

Sophisticated Unique Girls with Aspirations & Respect: Team leaders needed to assist with creating step/dance routines, program workshops, fundraising and clerical duties.

Spring Mountain Ranch State Park: Docents needed for four-hour shifts once a month any day between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

St. Jude's Ranch for Children: Volunteers needed to work two to four hours a day on weekdays in the gift shop, chapel, reception desk, landscaping and maintenance.

State Health Insurance Advisory Program: Volunteers needed to assist Medicare beneficiaries with their questions and problems. Training is provided.

Trauma Intervention Program: Volunteers needed to provide emotional and practical support to victims of traumatic events. No experience necessary.
