Here are a few things in news, entertainment and popular culture that we've been talking about lately.

* People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals rebrands fish as "sea kittens" to make them more cuddly. Next up: Rebranding cows as "Pasture Puppies."

* A study in England says the satisfaction women receive from making love is directly associated with the size of their partner's bankbook. The study was funded by Britain's Ministry for the Study of Stuff We Wish Wasn't True But Always Knew Is.

* A new crop of "American Idol" hopefuls includes a girl who arrives in a teeny bikini. She also sang. We're assuming.

* A figure of Barack Obama is unveiled at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas. The former president's figure was moved to the gift shop, where it now doubles as a mannequin for "I'm with Stupid" T-shirts.

* In an interview with US Weekly, former Hugh Hefner girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson apologizes for stuff she said in a previous interview with US Weekly that hurt Hef's feelings, explaining that she's "really bad at interviews." But so good at learning from her mistakes.
