A vehicle hurtled through the air before crashing into a home near Centennial Parkway and Revere Street in North Las Vegas about 5 p.m. Saturday.
The 19-year-old female driver and two 16-year-old male passengers in the Chevy Cavalier attempted to flee the scene in the 800 block of Choctaw Avenue, North Las Vegas police said.
The driver was cited for a hit and run and failure to render aid. One of the passengers was arrested for an unrelated offense.
The home sustained "pretty significant damage," but no one was injured, North Las Vegas police officer Chrissie Coon said.
The 67-year-old homeowner was in the house at the time of the crash, but the car landed in a room he was using for storage.
The incident remains under investigation, Coon said.
