Clark County coroner IDs body found in desert in southeast Las Vegas Valley
The Las Vegas man found dead in the desert in the southeast Las Vegas Valley on Monday night has been identified.
The Clark County coroner’s office said he was Rashard Felipe Acuna, 25.
Las Vegas police found Acuna while checking out calls about gunshots near the intersection of La Cienega Street and Neal Avenue, near St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Boulevard.
Acuna died from a gunshot wound to the lower right back, the coroner’s office said.
