Coroner: Death of boy, 3, blamed on flu
The Clark County coroner’s office on Saturday released the cause of death of a 3-year-old boy whose body was found in a long-term hotel in January.
Cameron Watts died of influenza, the coroner’s office said. His death was determined to be natural.
Las Vegas police responded to the Budget Suites, 2219 N. Rancho Drive, on Jan. 13. They had received a call about Watts being unconscious, police said.
Metro’s abuse and neglect unit investigated and did not find anything suspicious.
