TEQUILA DINNER AT TIVOLI VILLAGE

Cantina Laredo at Tivoli Village, 430 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 110, plans to host a four-course tequila dinner featuring Chamucos Tequila at 6:30 p.m. May 22.

The menu is set to offer crab-corn quesadilla topped with habanero mango ginger salsa, Guadalajara tomatillo guajillo soup and choice of grilled halibut on banana leaf with roasted red bell pepper almond sauce, cilantro lime rice and green beans or grilled black peppercorn filet with potatoes confit and green beans. Dessert will be homemade coconut ice cream served on a bed of toasted coconut, topped with fresh mango and raspberry sauce.

Project Dinner Table has announced the remaining dates for its 2013 events.

Project Dinner Table has diners gather at a long table for a family-style meal at locations across the valley. Each month’s event showcases the cuisine of a different local chef and collects funds to help a local charity.

The next event is set for 7 p.m. June 8 at TPC Summerlin, 1700 Village Center Circle. Cuisine will be by TAO Group and the charities will be First Tee of Southern Nevada and Shriners Hospitals for Children.

CERES TO SERVE FIRST SUNDAY BRUNCH

Ceres at the Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin, 221 N. Rampart Blvd., is scheduled to host a First Sunday brunch the first Sunday of the month featuring the JW Marriott Signature Breakfast Buffet.
