Motorcyclist killed in Tuesday accident identified

The Clark County coroner’s office has identified the motorcyclist killed in Tuesday’s crash near Spring Mountain and Lindell Road.

Robert Michael Buchanan, 19, collided with a pickup truck near a parking lot on the 5400 block of Spring Mountain Road, according to Las Vegas police.

Buchanan was thrown from the motorcycle. He was taken to University Medical Center where he later died.

The 31-year-old pickup truck driver suffered minor injuries.
