Motorcyclist who died in Friday accident identified
A man who died Friday in a motorcycle accident has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office.
Ledjin-ari Reed, 19, was traveling southbound on Durango Drive toward Russell Road, approaching a green light at high speed, Las Vegas police said.
The driver of a black Jeep was turning left onto Russell Road from the northbound side of Durango Drive on a green yield signal. Reed's motorcycle struck the right side of the Jeep.
Reed and the driver of the Jeep were transported to University Medical Center Trauma. Reed was pronounced dead at the hospital.
