Question: My purple plum has branches that are dying on one side of the tree. The leaves are all brown and crunchy while the other side seems healthy. Please help.

A new law went into effect Oct. 1 making graffiti-related offenses committed on any designated historic site in Nevada a category C felony, which comes with mandatory jail time.
