ROAD ALERT: Strip lane closures planned
Motorists who use the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road during the overnight and morning rush hours will face some lane restrictions Monday through Thursday for manhole rehabilitation by the Clark County Water Reclamation District.
Work will take place between 2 and 10 a.m. each day. Drivers should expect delays.
On Las Vegas Boulevard, the inside northbound left-turn lane onto westbound Flamingo Road will be closed, as will the far right southbound through lane. The outside left-turn lane onto westbound Flamingo will remain open, as will the southbound right-turn lane.
On Flamingo, the two left westbound through lanes will be closed, and traffic will be reduced one lane. Left turns will be allowed onto southbound Las Vegas Boulevard. The outside eastbound left-turn lane to northbound Las Vegas Boulevard will be closed, but the inside left-turn lane will be open. The outside eastbound left through lane will be closed, with the two right through lanes remaining open.
