Twain media event will cause 15-minute Strip closure Wednesday
Northbound and southbound traffic on Las Vegas Boulevard between Caesars Palace and Bellagio boulevards as well as eastbound and westbound trafffic on Flamingo Road at the Strip will be halted from 1:55 to 2:10 p.m. Wednesday for a media event to promote singer Shania Twain.
Las Vegas police will divert motorists from that portion of the Strip until the event concludes.
Individuals commuting in that vicinity around that time should use alternate routes.
Twain will begin a run of performances at Caesars Palace in December.
