Woman’s death in parking lot ruled a suicide

The death of a woman whose body was found in a west valley parking lot in May was ruled a suicide by the Clark County coroner’s office.

Katerina Picerni, 48, was found inside a parked car about 5 p.m. May 28 in a lot near the intersection of Rainbow and Charleston boulevards.

Her death was caused by lorazepam buprenorphine toxicity and was ruled a suicide, the coroner’s office said Saturday.
