Coronado shot a second-day 19-over 307 for a two-day total of 27-over 603 to win the Class 5A boys state golf championship at Coyote Springs Golf Club in Moapa Valley.
The Las Vegas High boys golf team won the Class 4A championship by 54 strokes over runner-up Centennial. Doral Academy’s Bradley Bourn took the individual crown.
Bishop Gorman and Coronado tied for the Class 5A Southern Region golf title last week and are favored to win the state tournament, which begins Tuesday.
All-state teams in all eight spring sports will be released one per day, beginning on June 6 with boys golf.
