Coronado’s baseball team rallied for three runs in the top of the third and held on for a 3-1 road win over second-ranked Basic on Thursday.
Jillian James threw a five-inning no-hitter and was 4-for-4 with an RBI double and two runs to lift Coronado’s softball team to a 12-0 victory over host Basic on Thursday.
Joaquin Pequeno had 12 kills and two blocks Thursday as Basic’s boys volleyball team rallied for a 25-27, 17-25, 25-22, 25-18, 15-11 road win over Eldorado.
