Arizona teen dies when pickup rolls over on Interstate 40

KINGMAN, Ariz. -- A teenager was killed in a single-vehicle rollover on Interstate 40 in Kingman on Saturday.

The Department of Public Safety reported that Zachary Patrick Armond Bonfils, 17, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., died at the scene of the 12:25 p.m. accident.

The 2004 Dodge pickup driven by Bonfils' mother was traveling west when its right rear tire blew out.

The truck entered the median and rolled.

Three injured children, ages 14, 9 and 5, who also were passengers, were transported to a Las Vegas hospital for treatment. Further information was unavailable.
