The body of a San Diego resident who went missing in a Labor Day weekend boating accident was recovered from the Colorado River on Wednesday.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office said a fisherman reported finding the body of Terrell Blake, 26, in the river about two miles south of the Topocok Gorge at 9:42 a.m.

Sgt. Tim Smith said that's about 10 miles down river from the spot where Blake bounced out of a 28-foot boat when it struck a wake in Needles early Saturday evening.
