Cocaine addict finds home

Tony Freeman, a homeless cocaine addict with a mood disorder and anxiety, was displaced from The Salvation Army when the nonprofit shut down its mental health programs on its Owens Avenue campus to cut costs. Freeman, 41, is now moving into a four-bedroom home with three other roommates after he was connected with the Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Center.
