Coroner identifies woman stabbed to death, two who died in accidents
Several people who died during the past few days have been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.
Misty Madera, 30, of Las Vegas, died of a stab wound to the chest and a sharp force injuries to the right upper extremity Tuesday. Police said she was stabbed about 11 p.m. by Sarah Chavez, 22, at Champagne’s Cafe on Maryland Parkway near Twain Avenue.
Iva Mihova, 30, of Las Vegas, died after a three-vehicle crash Wednesday night near Eastern Avenue and Warm Springs Road. The cause and manner of her death were still pending Friday.
Daniel Varian II, 30, of Las Vegas, died after crashing his motorcycle into a car Thursday about 9 a.m. near Flamingo and Lindell roads. The cause and manner of his death were still pending Friday.
