John L. Smith's column in Friday's Review-Journal incorrectly reported that Justin.tv was shut down by federal agents. It was not. It was mentioned repeatedly in the federal seizure warrant affidavit served on 10 websites accused of pirating professional sports broadcasts, and is the defendant in a federal copyright and trademark infringement lawsuit filed by the owners of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
