Five-car crash cleared on U.S. 95 at Tropicana

A five-car crash that had traffic backed up on southbound U.S. Highway 95 at Tropicana Avenue Friday morning has cleared.

There were no serious injuries from the crash that happened shortly after 5:30 a.m., according to Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Jeremie Elliott.

All lanes were blocked except the far left lane, Elliott said. The roads were clear by about 8:30 a.m.

Drivers are urged to exercise caution while driving in the rain.
