FOOD UNIVERSITY LAUNCHES DEC. 11-13 AT CAESARS

Caesars Palace chefs toss graduation caps into the air during Tuesday's announcement that Caesars Palace will launch Food University Dec. 11-13 . The event will coincide with the 20-year celebration of  Wolfgang Puck's Spago at the Forum Shops and the opening of Gordon Ramsay's gastropub Gordon Ramsay Pub.  Tuition will be $1,995 for the three-day session.
