Four victims of fiery Northern Nevada crash identified

STAGECOACH - Three of the four men killed in the fiery crash on U.S. Highway 50 in Lyon County this week lived in Fernley and worked at the same casino property.

Nevada Highway Patrol officials say 47-year-old Troy Sibson, 52-year-old Noel "Mike" Sotka and 30-year-old Douglas "Jason" Counterman were employees of the Pioneer Crossing Casino.

They were traveling together Tuesday morning in a westbound GMC pickup that was struck head-on by another truck hauling a livestock trailer in Stagecoach, 10 miles east of Dayton.

Highway Patrol officials identified the fourth victim Thursday as 18-year-old Ford Tucker of Fallon. He was a passenger in the pickup hauling the livestock trailer.

The driver of that truck was seriously injured. Two people in a third truck suffered moderate to minor injuries.
