Gibbons vetoes bill requiring off-road vehicle licenses, another bill mandating medical reports

CARSON CITY — Gov. Jim Gibbons today vetoed a bill to require licensing for off-road vehicles and another to require the state Health Division to prepare annual reports and study the causes of major medical events.
