‘HARRY POTTER’ STARS JAMES, OLIVER PHELPS CELEBRATE 26TH BIRTHDAY

“Harry Potter” stars James and Oliver Phelps celebrated their birthday at Sugar Factory American Brasserie and Chateau (Paris) on Friday night. The identical twins, who played Fred and George Weasley in the “Harry Potter” film series, turned 26 on Feb. 25. Top: The boys show off their birthday cakes at Chateau.
