Las Vegas police seek person of interest in homicide

Las Vegas police detectives are asking the public for help identifying a person of interest in the homicide at an apartment in the 2300 block of Sunrise Avenue.

Police released surveillance footage showing the person Friday afternoon.

Police found 43-year-old Ricky Finley dead from a gunshot wound on Feb. 22 about 5 p.m. Their initial investigation found that Finley had an argument with two unknown men prior to the shooting.

Police did not say what the man shown in the footage’s connection to the slaying is, but they are calling for anyone with any information to contact homicide detectives at 702-828-3521 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555 or www.crimestoppersofnv.com.
