Man arrested in October shooting

A 33-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on a murder charge in the shooting of a man last month.

Ricardo Robles-Nieves was booked at the county jail on a murder with a deadly weapon charge in the Oct. 30 shooting of Fabian Rodriguez, 40.

Las Vegas police said Rodriguez died at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center on Nov. 17 from gunshot wounds.

The shooting happened at the Paradise Spa Apartments in the 9400 block of Las Vegas Boulevard South, police said.

Rodriguez' cause of death was not released by the Clark County coroner's office.
