Man guilty of four federal child pornography charges
A Henderson man was convicted of all charges Friday in a child pornography case.
Richard Carl Brown, 34, was indicted in March on charges of advertising, transporting, receiving and possessing child pornography.
His trial began Monday in federal court, and jurors convicted Brown of all four charges Friday morning.
U.S. District Judge Robert “Clive” Jones is scheduled to sentence the defendant on June 7.
According to the indictment, Brown committed the crimes around September and October 2011.
