Mr. Piggy falls for lady with a drill

A Hurricane Katrina victim and a Cirque du Soleil performer quickly discovered love is all you need.

Lincoln Hudson, who plays Mr. Piggy in "Love," and Jonelle DeBlanc, a wardrobe assistant with the Cirque-Beatles show at The Mirage, met in March of last year when the cast arrived in Las Vegas.

One day when Hudson took a lunch break from rehearsals, he noticed a power drill near his costume, which is inflated by two fans.

Upon his return, he found "the most beautiful thing I ever saw, her fixing my costume with a power drill."

Not long after, DeBlanc invited Hudson to see comedian Brad Garrett.

The show had barely started when Hudson noticed a tattoo on DeBlanc's foot. "I touched her foot, took her hand, and then I kissed her. We left five minutes into the show," he said.

Hudson and DeBlanc are getting married Tuesday in the "Love" Theatre in front of the cast and crew.

Performing at the wedding will be Eugene Brim, who plays Father McKenzie in "Love"; his 12-year-old daughter, Katya, who will perform ballet; Craig Berman, who plays Her Majesty the Queen in "Love"; and Marianne Gignac Girard, a dancer in the show.

DeBlanc, 28, is a former wardrobe assistant at Beau Rivage hotel and casino in Biloxi, Miss. She lost everything in the hurricane.

Hudson said: "I was just as homeless, and we ended in Las Vegas as two homeless hobos."
