MWC men’s tournament: Wyoming upsets New Mexico 75-67

Sixth-seeded Wyoming had the bggest upset of the day at the Mountain West Conference Tournament, stunning third-seeded New Mexico, 75-67 tonight at the Thomas & Mack Center. The Cowboys (19-12), will face Utah in Friday's semifinals.
A 17-3 second-half run by Wyoming was the key as they overcame a 46-41 deficit to go ahead 58-49 with 5:25 to play. Brandon Ewing had 20 points to lead Wyoming while Dairese Gary had 20 for New Mexico, which fell to 21-11.
