North Las Vegas man dies in crash on I-15 near speedway
A 38-year-old man who died after crashing his Pontiac minivan Tuesday morning on Interstate 15 was identified by the Clark County coroner’s office as Philip Napolitano of North Las Vegas.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, Napolitano was traveling north on I-15 near mile marker 60. His van left the road and overturned near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The cause of the accident is unknown.
The crash was the 23rd fatality within the Highway Patrol’s jurisdiction this yea
