Stepbrother of teen who died on Carnival cruise ship could face charges, records show

A man is dead after a shooting took place in an apartment on East Cheyenne Road on Saturday.

Witnesses reported an exchange of gunfire at about 7:25 p.m. They said two men fled the apartment and both are currently outstanding.

Suspect descriptions have not been released as of this time.
