Five local entrepreneur teams were finalists in the Dominic Anthony Marrocco Southern Nevada Business Plan Competition on Friday at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Foundation Building.

The competition is co-sponsored by the Las Vegas Business Press and the Center for Entrepreneurship in the Lee Business School at UNLV.

Skyworks Aerial Systems won $30,000 cash and $40,000 in in-kind prizes.
