Police identify ‘person of interest’ in shooting death of NLV man

Las Vegas police have identified a "person of interest" in connection with the homicide of a 24-year-old North Las Vegas man whose body was found earlier this week on a northwest valley street.

Homicide detectives are looking for Dwayne Ray Jones, who is 23 and from Las Vegas, in connection with the shooting death of Wyatt Marcell King.

His body was discovered around 6 a.m. Tuesday on the 3800 block of Aspen Cove Street, near Alexander Road and the Las Vegas Beltway. The Clark County coroner's office ruled King's death, from multiple gunshot wounds, a homicide.
