Las Vegas police have located a 60-year-old woman who was reported missing Thursday morning.

According to police, Carmen Paulino-Ramirez had diminished mental capacity and was in need of medical treatment when she was last seen about 11:30 a.m.

Paulino-Ramirez was located and receiving medical treatment, and appeared to be OK, according to police.
