Police seek suspect in convenience store robbery

Las Vegas police are searching for a man who robbed a convenience store earlier this week.

Police say a man entered a convenience store near Bonneville Avenue and 13th Street and demanded an employee give him cash from the register at approximately 1 a.m. Monday night.

The suspect simulated a gun by hiding his hand in his pocket. The employee handed over an undisclosed amount of money, and the man left the store and headed north, police said.

Anyone with information should call Las Vegas police’s robbery section at (702) 828-3591. Witnesses wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555 or visit www.crimestoppersofnv.com.
