The most adorable campaign event in Iowa this week involved a quarterbacking candidate and some tiny receivers trying to make the catch.
Florida Sen. Marco Rubio was getting to know voters in Ankeny, Iowa, on Monday when he accidentally hit a kid in the head with a football.
Bloomberg Politics captured the throw and sent it out shortly before Rubio took to the Des Moines Register's Soapbox.
The kid, according to Bloomberg, is okay.
