RENO -- Gunfire that erupted at a downtown Reno dining and entertainment center killed one person and injured two others.
Reno police said the suspect, who they had not identified by Sunday night, opened fire with an assault rifle on the victims outside the Freight House District as they were leaving the area in a vehicle.
When officers arrived at the complex early Sunday, police said they found four victims: three with gunshot wounds and one with other injuries.
The victims who survived suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said investigators believe a conflict in the Freight House District may have preceded the shooting that happened inside a parking garage.
Police did not release the names of the victims.
