Victim of fatal accident on freeway identified as North Las Vegas man
A North Las Vegas man who died Friday after a rollover accident on Interstate 15 was identified by the Clark County coroner's office Monday.
Steven Daugherty, 41, died after the vehicle he was a passenger in rolled about 12:15 p.m. just south of the Craig Road exit, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
The driver of the vehicle traveling north on the highway lost control and the vehicle rolled, police said.
Daugherty died while being transported to the hospital, police said.
The driver was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries and was not identified by police.
