Woman found in desert ID’d; foul play not suspected

A body found in a desert area of the southwest valley July 4 was identified by the Clark County coroner's office Tuesday. The body of Carmen Renee Tolbert, 53, was found near the intersection of Hualapai Way and Patrick Lane by a neighbor walking her dogs, Las Vegas police said.

Foul play was not suspected by detectives. The cause and manner of the death is still undetermined.
