The Bill of Rights (the first 10 amendments to the Constitution) is a collection of guarantees of individual rights and of limitations on federal and state governments. After listening to recent comments by those who want the Democrat nomination for the presidency, it’s quite apparent that the application of the Second Amendment in today’s world is to protect the American people from the tyranny of those wannabe Democrat leaders.
