ICE recently declared Nevada a sanctuary state. Every politician, Republican and Democrat, publicly denounced the claim. In response, Gov. Joe Lombardo offered Nevada National Guard assistance to ICE. Every Nevada Democrat in Congress publicly objected to this support. That sends a strong message to the people of this great state.
As Barney Fife would say, “Surprise, surprise, surprise.” And yet everyone knew it was no surprise.
