LETTER: School district cuts always affect the kids

How is it that when the Clark County School District needs to cut spending, it is always at the school level?

There are a lot of administrative jobs that could go and would generate more savings. But it seems that cuts are always made in areas that will cause the most suffering (our kids).

The district is top heavy and could use some lightening before those on the front lines should have to.
