LETTER: Solving the region’s water woes
While bureaucrats argue over how to stick water costs to consumers, there is a simple solution for water in the American West. Make Southern California build desalination plants, easing the burden on the states to the east to provide the biggest-consuming state the water it demands from everywhere else. It’s going to happen. Why not now?
