LAKE MEAD — Strong winds kept most anglers at home over the past week. Those who braved the conditions caught stripers in the Vegas Bay arm. Sand Island, Boxcar Cove, Crawdad Cove and Government Wash also have been producing fish. Cut baits such as anchovies, sardines and squid have been the most productive.
