Two more indicted in deadly drug-related robbery

Two more people have been indicted by a grand jury in connection with an August drug-related robbery that left a woman dead and her 12-year-old daughter wounded. David James Burns, accused of being the shooter, and Stephanie Cousins, who reportedly set up the drug deal, were indicted on multiple felony counts, including murder with use of a deadly weapon and robbery with use of deadly weapon.

Church pastor pleads not guilty to sexual abuse of teens

Billy Eckstine McCurdy, pastor of a Las Vegas church, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to 11 counts of sexual abuse. McCurdy, 58, was arrested by North Las Vegas police following an eight-month investigation into allegations that he sexually assaulted teen boys at his home.
