Faith Lutheran High School golfer Anne Freman shot 3-over 75 in the second round of stroke play at the U.S. Girls Junior Amateur in Daly City, Calif., to advance to match play.
Freman improved on her opening-round 77 and posted an 8-over 152 total, tying for 19th in the field of 156 players. The top 64 advanced to match play, which begins today and ends with a 36-hole final Saturday.
